TEKonsult adapts and develops programs to accomplish the transfer of know-how its high-qualified team of experts to its customers.

This involves Engineering, planning, test, commissioning, administration, Operation and maintenance of telecommunication equipments in both core and radio sides.

Check of system compatibility with international standards (ITU, ETSI, GSM, ATM...)
(Remote-) Tracing of SS7 signaling messages ( TEKonsult uses its own TEKTRONIX K1205)
Selection of adequate sites for the installation of GSM base stations
GSM radio field coverage measurements (indoor and drive tests) with analysis of results
Traffic measurement and analysis (Voice, data and SS7)
Analysis of Exchange, MSC and BSC counters at the different interfaces and presentation of traffic reports (Trunk and SS7 networks)
Tool guided planning of the trunk network
Tool guided planning of the SS7 signaling network
Test and commissioning of equipments (BTS, BSC, MSC, HLR, SMSC, VMS...)
Data base optimization (routing, circuit groups, SS7)
Administration of routine maintenance tasks (traffic and performance measurement...)
Software maintenance (backup, restore, etc.)
Network Supervision and alarm Surveillance (OMC / RNMC)
Network fault clearance
